Bank Roll on Voting

I had an idea to make people vote more, You make them get certain semi-valuable-valuable items from voting. When people log on a message pops up that says "If you ::vote for server you can save up 'vote points' and get valuable items from the vote shop!" That will deffeinitly get people to vote for the server!
